I appreciate:

1. Time with Miss R, T & E, and my daughter, who is goofy and makes R giggle. What a lovely morning!
2. Lauren Anderson’s amazing Closed Circuit Communication workshop. Can’t wait to try it out more next weekend!
3. Time to learn and perform with so many talented, generous, funny women this weekend. Thank you, Tiny Funny Women Fest!
4. Friends like Danny, who do brave/insane things like the polar bear jump to help other people. 😃

I appreciate: 

1. The thoughtful, respectful discussion during today’s panel at the Tiny Funny Women Fest.
2. Water to drink!
3. Tonight’s funny, poignant, brilliant shows – Off Book and Jill Bernard’s Drum Machine. Beautiful.

I appreciate: 

1. Phones. I know they’ve been around for a long time, but how wonderful to be able to talk to people all over the country just like that!
2. Carrots and hummus. Because of yum.
3. Colored pencils. They make my planner look so pretty and fun!

I appreciate the way loss reminds us to cherish what we have, connect with people we love, and how it colors the world differently, so we can see things in a new way.

Today I am deeply grateful for:

1. My extended family. I am so lucky to be related to – and be friends with – these people who love to laugh, and who are so generous and caring.
2. I also appreciate my husband and my kids for their sweetness today.
3. I appreciate the power of hugs, kind words, and loving energy.

I appreciate:

1. All this time with my family this week. I like them!
2. How spacious the living room feels without the tree in it. Sad to see the tree go, but nice to be able to walk in the living room. 😄
3. Playing games with the kids tonight.
