309. Finally getting ALL the laundry done. 😉 Fabulous day with Katie and Cina first going to see Finding Dory and later playing with rainbows and sparkles for Pride. Feeling a little more like myself today!

310. Watching the parade with Sarah & Ida & Katie & Cina. Fun!! Free pedicab ride to the park after the parade…. kind of like being in our own (super windy) parade. Wheeee! 😀 Rainbow sparkle toes, and rainbow earrings and beads and glasses, oh my.

Awesome morning with Sarah and Ida, picking out paint samples, making plans, giggling, and having fun. 😀

Lovely cooler weather and nice breeze made for a really comfortable walk — and comfortable yard work. Look ma, no sweat! 😉

The wonderful people in my life, offering so much support, love, and comfort as I traverse this new PTSD/depression terrain (or as Katie calls it, my mental illness sampler platter…) I am incredibly fortunate to have these amazing people in my life.

Raw asparagus. What a yummy snack!

This afternoon’s wonderful walk. What gorgeous weather. There was a funny moment when all I could hear was the wind in the trees…no airplanes, no cars, no city sounds at all, not even any birds. It only lasted a few seconds, but I was so happy to notice it. My neighbors probably think I’m nuts for all the stopping and closing my eyes I do on my walks, but it’s worth it. 😀

Oh what fun the weather has been lately! I loved today’s blustery blusteriness!

Fun with to-do lists. I am especially please by learning to adapt them to my energy levels, and keep them short and doable. Well, and colorful… 😉

Ooooohhhh what fun to sing with the Earthtones again! As of tonight I get to sing low alto with my Pammy on three songs… AND now I get to sing with my soprano friends on a couple, too. What delicious fun moving all over from section to section singing with wonderful friends and stretching my range. 😀

People. I know so many bright, funny, interesting ones! 😉 It was wonderful to catch up with Terri last night and Sarah & Ida this morning, and then head out to a fun coffee date this afternoon.

Wind. I love the drama of branches dancing in the air and the feel of it on my skin when I walk outside. It makes it seem like something interesting is going to happen!

Appreciations Year Three: Day 224

Yesterday’s mid-morning sink rainbow. ‘Cuz that’s a thing. 😉

Wonderfully warm and wildly windy weather. Wow!

Walking in said weather with my hair down and being practically blinded by it when the wind was coming from behind me, then feeling like some mythical creature with my hair streaming out behind me when I was walking against the wind. Exciting!

Another fun meeting with Andy…fun to work on work, and then, you know, hang out and not work on work. 🙂

Super funny tiny little big world with criss-crossy connections of all kinds. How fun that Andy designed the site for someone I met 10 years ago on the art fair circuit — and whom I met again doing Tai Chi with Sarah. I love that.

Smiley face fire hydrant. I love those days when the whole world seems to be smiling.

Sandal weather!!! Yes, I wore sandals today. Thrilling.

Bikes with baskets and bells, Lake Harriet, A Wrinkle in Time, getting to know new and interesting people, fellow geeks – whether improv-geeks or wordy-geeks or tech-y geeks – I like us all. ❤
