I appreciate:

The wonderfully caring staff at Amherst H. Wilder Foundation’s Adult Day Care for their understanding & kindness
The flowers in the vase on my parents dining room table for reflecting the sweetness of my parents’ marriage
Today’s hazy sunshine for giving me a little boost.

Year 1, Day 44: Wilder’s ADC, birds, gratitude practice

I appreciate:

Wilder Foundation’s Adult Day Care program, for making caring for my MIL so much easier.
Birds. Huh, I didn’t even realize that. I love listening to the different bird songs in my neighborhood in the morning!
This practice of gratitude – for helping me notice things that I didn’t even realize I appreciate. Cool. 🙂
