Today I appreciate:
- My cat, Cimmy, for relentlessly walking around on my lap, my desk, and my keyboard, purring. “Hello,” she seems to say, “You have a large, purring cat who adores you. Things can’t be too bad.” Thanks for the reminder, Cimmy!
- I also appreciate my little squishy froggy friend (one of the squishies I use for laughter yoga) who’s sitting on my desk, reminding me to laugh.
- I appreciate knowing that what’s going on is just a state of mind and that it won’t last forever, that all will be well.
- I also appreciate Kari’s gentle words of comfort and wisdom.
- Oh, and the fact that I get to work with people I truly adore. That’s pretty cool.
