Appreciations Year Three: Day 246

The magic of FB connecting me to people I’d’ve never met otherwise — and making it so easy to reconnect with people from the past. I love the sometimes surprising and lovely relationships the form and reform. ❤

More sunshine. Such a wonderful thing, especially pre-coffee!

Ghiradelli for making an instant cocoa mix without milk so I can add it to my coffee for a yummy (and still dairy free) mocha in the morning. Yum!

Former Diana who cleverly spent some of her energy yesterday vacuuming and tidying. So nice to wake up to a cleaner house!

Appreciations Year Three: Day 245

OMG sunshine. Sunny sunny sunlight. What a welcome sight. Can’t wait to get out for a walk today!

Rivers, lakes, oceans, streams, mountains, prairies, hills, sand, soil, stones, wildflowers, trees, lilacs, roses, grasses…you know, all that stuff provided by our beautiful earth.

Wonderfully funny, efficient, and friendly people all through the day yesterday, including credit union teller, everyone at the heart clinic, and the AAA operator. I love when those little exchanges are fun and easy!

Looking forward to more hijinks in class tonight. 🙂

Enough of a break from the dizziness to get some stuff done! Yay!

Delicious lamb chop dinner made by and shared with the lovely and talented Sarah. How wonderful to spend a little time with the Duncan girls! Yes, Stela, you, too. 😉

Baby steps into cooking for myself (other than toast, I mean!). So far: I looked up how to make pot roast in a crock pot. Hey, it’s a start! 😛

Appreciations Year Three: Day 239

The joy of reconnecting with and playing with my JimmyD pals. Just the best. ❤

The sounds of springtime walks. I love the ebb and flow of sounds, one moment filled with cars going by, planes flying overhead, passersby talking, birds singing, wind blowing; the next moment a sudden lull with only the sound a my feet on the sidewalk, one lone bird calling out. It never gets old.

Flowers! So many flowers coming up!

Finding the fairly easy-to-rectify reason for my recent fatigue and tendency to get out of breath. Time for some iron supplementation. 😉

Water, fire, earth, air. 🙂

Gorgeous weather for a walk.

This beautiful flowering tree. So pretty and it smells amazing!

The empty plastic bag I found caught on a twig at the beginning of my walk. So helpful. I keep meaning to bring one on my walks to pick up trash as I go, but I keep forgetting. Thanks, wind. Thanks, tree. 😉
