Year 1, Day 100: substituting things, tons of teas, inky TV

I appreciate:

The ingenious people who came up with rice-based “cheese” and gluten-free “english muffins.” Thank you for allowing me to have a breakfast-sandwich-like experience
Having 300 kinds of tea to choose from. Mmmm.
My guilty-pleasure TV shows: Ink Masters and Tattoo Nightmares.

Year 1, Day 66: festivals, cool stuff, almost-cheese-like-substance

I appreciate:

Living in a city that has a Fringe Festival, an Improv Festival AND the Twin Cities Horror Festival! Thank you, Minneapolis.
Looking forward to seeing Bump in the Night and Ghost Force. Thank you, Erin Sheppard, for doing cool stuff – and letting me know about it!
Daiya dairy-free, soy-free cheese. I know you’re not real cheese, but you are a pretty nice imitation. 😛
