The way that disasters and difficult times so often reveal depths of human courage, generosity, kindness and love.
All the fun Halloween decorations around my neighborhood!
Chocolate. I don’t really need to elaborate on that, do I?? ;^)

Year 1, Day 11: sidewalk chalk, hazelnut cocoa, this cool rock

1. I appreciate sidewalk chalk. I mean, really, what’s not to like?
2. I appreciate Ghiradelli Chocolate Hazelnut cocoa mix, which has no dairy and can be added to my favorite breakfast beverage for a spectacular (and inexpensive) mocha at home! Did I mention yum??
3. I appreciate this cool rock. The edge of the colored part reminds me of a butterfly. Oh — which I appreciated yesterday! Hahaha. 🙂
