We just got some great feedback from a friend regarding the name of our game: M. D. Fun Bingo. She pointed out that lots of care providers are not MDs — and that maybe we’d want to reflect that in the name of our game. Yes! We do!

I spend at least as much time with nurses, PAs, lab techs, schedulers, and other people on my care team as I do with my docs. And we want our game to be inclusive and accessible for as many people (patients and care providers) as possible. Thank you for that comment, Maria!

According to one local care provider, there is! One of our M. D. Fun Bingo card testers was “learning an interesting fact about someone” — her doc — who told her about growing up in Montana and that the snow there is different from the snow here in MN. It’s amazing how doing the little activities on these bingo cards can make a routine appointment so much more personal and fun!
