Appreciations Year Three: Day 154

Meeting with career coaches and feeling like this find-another-job thing is doable! 🙂

Finding things… like the google spreadsheet I found whilst clearing out old google files the other day — it lists the states of the car license plates we saw on our Colorado road trip in 2011. Mckenzie and I just saw a Hawaii plate the other day and I wondered where the list I’d made was (we only have 6 more states to go!), assuming I’d tossed it. But no. Geeky McSmartypants (that’s me!) made a SPREADSHEET for it. Hahaha! Also, I thought I lost my favoritest favorite ring after class tonight, but then I found it by the door. Yay!

The completely awesome class today – lots of people with experience ranging from 2 days to 4 years of improv, all of whom were so engaged and fun to work with. So much fun!

Appreciations Year Three: Day 153

Looking forward to teaching “Getting in Cahoots” at HUGE tomorrow. I love love love teaching drop-in classes!

The absurdity of being so happy, all these months later, when I opened the bedroom door with its new(ish) handle and remembered the supreme thrill of whacking the heck out of the old broken one and replacing it.

Another awesome duo workshop. Some of this material is blowing my improv mind. Yes, there is such a thing as an improv mind. 😛

David, who understands that the second movie in a double-feature that begins with Four Weddings and a Funeral is obviously Winnie the Pooh. 😉

Sunny sunny sunshine and warm weather! Ooooh – could get up to 40º today. Maybe I’ll go for a walk — you know, break out the sandals & shorts. 😉

Pam’s delightfully descriptive appreciations. I love her attention to detail and thoughtfulness as she crafts her daily dose of goodness. ♥

Appreciations Year Three: Day 147

More time with my folks this morning – a nice side effect of helping get ready for the big move. Plus my mom sent me home with some of her famous fudge.  Yum! 🙂

Amazing and delightful lunch with Pam today at Haiku. That clear broth is crazy delicious and our time together filled my heart right up to the tippy top. Like Pam said, we were super smart to become friends. ♥
