Year 2, Day 302: closet treasures, friend time, Teddy weirdness

  • The treasures I found when I cleaned out my closet today, including a missing sock, and the music box my dad brought to my mom at the hospital when I was born, and one of the bells that decorated the little Christmas tree he brought for her.
  • Spending time with Sarah. What a fun night seeing The School For Girls Music and Highly Theatrical Comedy Revue. Oh, what a really lovely evening!
  • The weirdness of Teddy, who is sitting here talking in really goofy old timer-y Minnesota accent and just said to me, “Well, you know life….it just throws some curve balls at you.”

Year 2, Day 300: playing improv, watching improv, sunshine

  • Playing improv with my friends Danny, Nick, and Michael. Even when a few of us are under the weather, we have so much fun! Last chance to see us play coming up this Sunday!
  • Watching Lauren and Steven play last night. Everything about that set, from the brilliant improv to the evidence of their deep love for and enjoyment of each other, filled my little heart right up!
  • Sunshine after a few fabulous days of rain. I love the variety of our weather!

Year 2, Day 296: rose quartz, non-espresso, fun

  • Rose quartz. There is something comforting and lovely and grounding and solid about this amazing pink stone.
  • My own super magical powers of manifestation. Yesterday’s non-espresso was so funny. Oh hahahaha!
  • Fun. I like that I can often find it in the least likely places! I wonder where I will find it today….
